Grandell Is Happy To Announce That In Accordance With Federal And NHSDOH Guidelines, We Are Now Open For Visitation.

Dear Residents and Families,
As we continue through the summer season, Grandell Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is completing significant repairs and upgrades to our in-house HVAC (air conditioning) system to ensure reliable comfort for all residents.
While these repairs are underway, a temporary cooling unit has been installed to maintain a comfortable environment throughout the building. Unfortunately, we have experienced an unexpected issue with the temporary system. Our HVAC contractors are actively working to restore full operation as quickly as possible.
Please be assured that the facility is taking all appropriate measures to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for our residents. We are fully complying with all New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) regulations and have notified the NYSDOH of the situation.
Resident comfort and safety remain our highest priorities. Residents who would like a fan are encouraged to contact the Maintenance Department, and one will be provided promptly based on availability.
If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to speak with a member of our Nursing Team or Administration. We appreciate your patience, understanding, and cooperation as we complete these important improvements.
