Testimonials
“I seriously injured my foot and went to the hospital. I needed an amputation. I was referred to Grandell for rehab. The rehab and medical care I received far exceeded my expectations. If it wasn’t for Grandell I don’t know how far my rehab would have come. Grandell enabled me to return home.”

“I’ve come a long way since my admission to Grandell. I owe my transformation to the Rehab team. They far exceeded what I expected. The harness system helped me gain confidence and freedom to achieve more – to stand on my own and to propel me to walk on my own.”

“I am in the sandwich generation – I have to work and needed help caring for my parents. My family and I were scared to admit my parents to a facility because of all you hear about nursing homes. We made the right decision and are very pleased we chose Grandell. My mom has dementia and my father needs help with care because of his knees. From Admissions to the Nursing Staff, everyone at Grandell is very caring and helpful. They treat my parents very well. Housekeeping keeps their room nice and clean. Before she came to Grandell my mom was losing weight. Grandell helped her be healthy. My parents are very comfortable at Grandell. It is their home. And, I can sleep well at night because I know they are safe. Grandell has given us a great experience and a positive result, and I highly recommend the facility to anyone who needs skilled care.”

“Good Morning.
It's so nice to have my mom at home. Her recovery will be a long journey but I wanted to tell you how much I appreciate your staff, nurses and aides and your Director of Social Work, Selene, who yesterday worked miracles in a moments notice. I just wanted to say thank you once again.”

Dear Grandell Staff,
Our mother Mrs. L.B. spent the past month at Grandell being cared for in the most wonderful way. Thank God, she returned to her home at the Nautilus Hotel, yesterday in much better health and ability.
During the month, not only did you and your staff care for our mother, but you went out of your way to care for us as well. Your desire to help facilitiate our Shabbat stays and most specifically your willingness to turn your office into a beautiful hotel room, augmented by delicious food and ambiance with our mother help make her convalescence the wonderful one it was.
Your staff went out of its way to make us comfortable, knowing our special need for Shabbat and accomodating us graciously and your staff from top to bottom couldn't do enough to help all of us feel at home.
